Description
Our property management company is seeking an experienced HR & Staffing Specialist to join our corporate office located Boca Raton, FL. This position will be responsible for a variety of specialties including processing payroll and overseeing hiring and placement.
 
Responsibilities include:
 
  • Prepares payroll bi-weekly for 500+ employees.
  • Corrects data related to transfer of employees between departments or previous paycheck errors.
  • Assist employees and supervisors with payroll related issues and questions.
  • Assists employees with enrolling in company's benefits.
  • Reviews resumes and completes pre-screening for Hiring Managers.
  • Creates an ongoing candidate pipeline.
  • Recruits for Property Management positions including, but not limited to, Housekeeping, Front Desk Attendants, Administrative Assistants, Assistant Managers, Property Managers, and Corporate personnel.
  • Supports recruiting staff at on-site and off-site recruitment events including job fairs, college recruiting fairs, and trade shows.
  • Projects a professional image both internally and externally.
  • Assists with other Human Resource projects as needed.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.... 
  • Experience in property management is a plus.
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience. 
  • Must have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior ADP, Inc Payroll, EZ Labor Management software, is a big plus.
  • Must have knowledge of Payroll and Staffing.
  • Employee Relations experience is a plus.
  • Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to handle difficult or sensitive issues.
  • Must be able to determine problems, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed
